Ups does not deliver on Saturday so please do not order on a Friday UPS overnight for Saturday. You will need to contact us if you need a Overnight Saturday Delivery for delivery options.

Returns:

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All cut wires and chains are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned in the original packaging shipped in, and in new unused condition. Returns must have a return authorization number that is obtained by E-mailing our offices at Beadcorp@verizon.net, and must be returned in original packaging. When shipping returns back please make sure to only ship them in a bubble mailer, or hard box. All returns must be returned with in 14 days of receipt of package.
