RETURN INFORMATION
Our return policy is as follows:
1. Call or email us for a RA (return authorization) number.
2. Return the item in its original packaging and pack in a sturdy carton or box. Envelopes will not be accepted.
3. Include a copy of the invoice with a note written on it why the item is being returned and whether you would like an exchange (with the item# you want listed) or a credit.
4. On the outside of the box, next to the label is best write the RA# you were provided.
5. There is a 10% (non waivalble) restocking fee on all returns
6. No refunds on Gold Filled & Sterling Silver Beads, Findings & letter blocks (due to returns items not being are stock)
We will take returns on merchandise provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We will not take returns on closeout items marked all sales final or gold and silver wire and open packages of findings. Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving the authorization number. Returns must be packed in a sturdy box or carton. Even small objects shouldNOT be placed in an envelope. Returns without a RA# or not packed in a box will be refused. All shipping and insurance cost are the customers responsibility.
